Lots of folks these days are loyal to certain brands. I mean, if not, would we really still be seeing so many iPhones in peopleâs hands? But which brands have the strongest consumer response?
Well, The Harris Poll just released their 29th annual EquiTrend Study, which rates brands in such industries as media, travel, financial, entertainment, restaurants and more. The report looks at three main factors when judging a brandâs equity, Familiarity, Quality and Purchase Consideration, and those with the highest levels were dubbed âBrands of the Yea.râ
Overall, 18 companies have earned âBrand of the Yearâ honors for the very first time, including Starbucks for Coffee & Quick Service Restaurant, American Airlines for Full Service Airline, FX Television Network for General Entertainment and Ben & Jerryâs for Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt.
